Brokerage Event: boosting technology transfer in Central Europe

The official launch of the KETGATE Network -  Webinar & Press Conference

May 7 2020, from 10:00 to 11:15 CEST.

Get to know the Central European Network that connects SMEs with research organizations in the field of key enabling technologies.

The coordinator of KETGATE Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum will present the network, what are its goals, success stories, what services can it offer to SMEs, and what are the expectations for the future.

Thanks to the KETGATE network, SMEs can find and meet the right European Research and Technology Organisation, even if the latter is to be found in a different country and speaks a different language. This way, all SMEs can easily access Key Enabling Technologies - Nanotechnology, Micro- and Nanoelectronics, Photonics, Advanced Materials, Industrial Biotechnology, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies - which were defined by the European Commission as drivers of innovation in all industrial sectors.

Afterwards, two SMEs will present their experience with the KETGATE network. Both companies are located in Slovenia, near the border to Italy, and are strongly involved in transnational cooperation. LED Luks d.o.o. is the manufacturer of commercial, architectural, and industrial led luminaires and has participated in the KETGATE pilot project in 2019. OR-EL d.o.o. is developing a sensor for infectious diseases and toxins in food and has been supported by the KETGATE network.

Join us on Thursday 7th of May 2020 at 10:00 CEST to participate at the official launch of the KETGATE Network. Click here to register!
